We are taking the decades of processing experience and knowledge that we have and finally offering it to the public. We have built a beautiful new Meat Shop + Warehouse and the crew is getting ready to roll. We have years of experience with Whitetail & Exotic Processing and are ready to utilize the same great recipes, ingredients and techniques that you have come to expect from Courville's.

We are excited about this Deer Season and to serve you all in a new way!

Below is a Pricing Guide for our Processing Services. Please call ahead to check availability for the week. Turnaround time is approximately 14 Days from Drop-off to Completion. Each hunter will receive their own game, NO BULK PROCESSING. All animals must be properly cleaned and prepared prior to drop off. Courville’s will not accept any animals that have not been adequately cleaned and iced. All hunters must provide a valid hunting license.
